UPCOMING HORROR -- The Evil Dead Remake

So! As you may already know, there will be a new Evil Dead! This one will be directed by Fede Alvarez with Bruce Campbell producing it. The filming is taking place in New Zealand.

The final cast list hasn’t officially been announced yet but based on previous reports here are the five actors/actresses that will be in it: Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Lou Taylor Pucci, Jessica Lucas, and Elizabeth Blackmore.

SYNOPSIS: Five friends in their mid-twenties are stuck in a remote cabin. Here they discover a book called "Book Of The Dead" and unwittingly summon demons living in the woods right outside their freakin door.Soon, the demons begin possessing these friends and they're all fighting for survival!





Is anyone else looking forward to this film?

Film Review #5: The Evil Dead & Evil Dead 2

Directed by Sam Raimi, The Evil Dead was released October 15th, 1981 and Evil Dead 2 was released March 13th, 1987. In my opinion, these movies are two of the BEST independent horror flicks of time. So, here in New York we recently just got past a heat wave. It's usually not RIDICULOUSLY hot here but there was a couple days where it was insanely humid & I hated it. But! By the middle of week it FINALLY cooled down. YAY! It went all the way down to the 70s, which was great because it was cool in the evening like in the 60s or so. It felt like it was October, I loved it!

The shirt just seemed appropriate since it was cool not HAWT. I like this shirt because its cute! I thought it would be nice to take a couple of quick pictures to show. And the real queen of horror LOVES colors not just dark ones...clearly!

LASTLY. Although I've seen it before, I'm going to spend the rest of my Saturday night watching Evil Dead II for my Madhouse Monday's. And since that's what I'm doing the review on, the other day I watched the first Evil Dead. I just had to remind myself of its awesomeness.

I think YOU too should enjoy the rest of Saturday night with a wonderful horror movie!
